Qualifications & Experience:

✔ Associate/College degree or higher in Thermal Power Engineering or a related mechanical equipment field.
✔ Under 45 years of age, with:

Position: Maintenance Specialist – Coal Handling

4+ years of experience in maintaining coal handling equipment for thermal power units (300MW and above) OR technical management of coal handling systems in similar industries.
2+ years of experience in the technical management of coal handling equipment in production technology.

✔ Strong understanding of coal handling structures, systems, and operational principles, including industry standards and specifications.
✔ Proficiency in coal handling equipment maintenance processes and technical standards.
✔ Skilled in using production and office software.
✔ Basic proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred.

Jobs Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Oversee equipment, operations, and safety management related to coal transportation and port machinery, including CTS coal unloading.
🔹 Supervise and manage coal transportation operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and lead technical transformation projects.
🔹 Develop and manage spare parts and material plans for coal transport systems.
🔹 Coordinate equipment maintenance, fault rectification, and planned maintenance.
🔹 Review and revise technical documents, including maintenance procedures and industry standards.
🔹 Analyze and address unsafe incidents in coal transportation.
🔹 Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
