We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Maintenance. The ideal candidate will lead the maintenance team, implement preventive maintenance schedules, and ensure the seamless operation of all machinery while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and safety.

Educational Requirements :

Jobs Key Responsibilities:

1- Develop and execute an annual preventive maintenance schedule.
2- Organise and assign teams for daily maintenance and annual preventive activities based on available manpower and resources.
3- Collaborate with relevant departments to identify new instruments or devices that require planned maintenance.
4- Supervise daily work orders, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
5- Manage spare parts and item usage for maintenance activities.
6- Provide guidance in diagnosing faults and troubleshooting equipment issues.
7- Evaluate the need for local production of critical parts and review inventory levels, sketches, dimensions, and specifications.
8- Recommend improvements to enhance plant operations.
9- Conduct daily inspections and communicate with operators or in-charges about any observed equipment issues.
10- Ensure routine machine maintenance is carried out promptly and records are accurately maintained.
11- Maintain adequate stock levels of lubricants and chemicals required for machinery.
12- Oversee the smooth mechanical functioning of all equipment.
13- Train workers and operators on proper machine handling and usage.
14- Ensure logbooks for oil heaters, compressors, and chillers are accurately maintained.
15- Undertake any additional tasks assigned by management.
